SHIPPING & RETURNS POLICY

SHIPPING: We use selected couriers to track and trace delivery of your purchase ensuring it gets to you as quickly and safely as possible.

We are able to ship to many international destinations however this is subject to change at any time and for any reason. If we are unable to ship to your country, we will promptly cancel your order and issue a refund.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Local Shipping can take from 3-6 working days. 

For Europe, please allow 7-12 days. 

Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes (including VAT) and processing fees, which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country.

WASI is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and they are your responsibility as the buyer and importer.

RETURNS: WASI offers a 14 Day Returns Policy. Just send back the unopened items in a parcel to us, with receipt/packing slip and we will process your refund (less delivery charge) as soon as possible.

TERMS & CONDITIONS: Items must be returned and received within 14 Days of Receipt of Delivery.

Items must be returned in original condition without seals broken or tampered with.

WASI is not responsible for the cost of returns unless the item is faulty.

Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receipt to us. Bank delays may occur, but generally complete 3 to 5 working days after refund is processed.
